
This will consist of a variety of exercises to improve the strength and endurance of working muscles. This can be achieved by performing a required amount of repetitions to overcome a resistance or load. Muscles support the skeleton (skeletal muscles) and make it possible for us to do general day to day tasks. It is very important to exercise the muscles keeping them strong, which will help prevent muscle atrophy later in life.
Physique Tip: Try to do 20- 30 minutes of MS&E exercises 2 – 3 times per week
