Henry Adekoya

Henry is a keen sport and exercise enthusiast, and played in-line hockey at a very high level for over 14 years with numerous caps playing for England.

Henry started out as a fitness instructor back in 1995, where he worked and trained at RTW Sport in Tunbridge Wells. Henry is certified with the London Central YMCA, with qualifications in Fitness and Exercise, Weight Management and Nutrition, Fitness Assessment and Exercise Counselling, RSA qualification Exercise to Music and is a member of Fitness Professionals.
Other relevant courses Henry has untaken include; Pilates, Ante and Post Natal, Fit ball, Boxercise, Spinning, Senior Health and Fitness, Flexibility and Rehabilitation and Exercise for Sport. Henry has a wealth of knowledge and experience together with a caring attitude towards his clients.

His sound fitness reputation has made him a highly sort after professional, working at Hadlow Agricultural College, Kent for 3 years as the Head Fitness Advisor from 1998. In 1999 Henry worked with special needs children at West Kent College and found this work very rewarding. In the same year Henry worked alongside coaches as a fitness advisor for Sevenoaks rugby club.

Henrys keen interest in sport and exercise and his enthusiasm make him the professional Fitness / Personal Trainer he is today, with clients more than happy with the results from his exercise prescriptions.
